MAAI WAY WARRANTY
Maai Way warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below.
Warranty Coverage
Maai Way warrants all of its products purchased through the Maai Way eStore to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect in the product is identified, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, Maai Way will, to the extent permitted by law, refund to you the purchase price of the product in whole or in part. Maai Way shall have no obligation to refund until the defective product is returned to Maai Way. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Maai Way property.

Exclusions and Limitations
This Warranty applies only to products created by Maai Way and purchased through the Maai Way online store. Maai Way cannot vouch for the authenticity of products purchased through unauthorized channels nor the quality control procedures of the retailers in those channels. This Warranty does not apply to lost or stolen items and does not entitle you to refunds for lost or stolen items. This Warranty does not apply to damage to products caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-Maai Way products together with Maai Way Jewelry. Do not expose Maai Way Jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter its appearance. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish (unless you have non-oxidized silver jewelry piece without stones or pearls, in which case you can use liquid silver polish for cleaning), pools, hot tubs, and spas. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Maai Way Jewelry. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your Maai Way Jewelry.
