ONLINE RETURN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we will be happy to help fix the problem.

The Return Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.maaiway.com.

Returning Merchandise Back to Online Store

  • You have 30-Days to return ALL merchandise back to the ONLINE store from the shipping date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, new in their original package and there should be no visible signs of wear and damage.
  • The online store does NOT process exchanges.

Please note, any returns that do not comply with our policies will be shipped back to you.

Paypal Customers

  • Customers who have made a purchase using their PayPal account can ONLY return merchandise back to the online store.
  • Please follow the instructions below.

Return Instructions

  • Please indicate the reason for your return through an email to info@maaiway.com .
  • Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible). 
  • Mail your return package to:

Returns Shipping

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
  • Maaiway.com does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Maaiway.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • We recommend you use a trackable method of return shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returned packages.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 15 business days for us to process the refund.
  • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Maai Way is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
  • Please note, any returns received that do not comply with this policy will be shipped back to you.

International Customers

Please be aware that you are responsible for all taxes and duties incurred due to shipping packages across international borders.

The price of the item I purchased has changed since I received it. Can I get a refund?

Our prices may change in response to trends, stock, and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.

My Maai Way jewelry has arrived and is damaged/faulty. What should I do?

Can a gift recipient return Maai Way jewelry?

Yes, a gift recipient can return merchandise. If the gift recipient returns the merchandise by mail, credit will be issued to the original payment method which the purchaser used. Please note that the gift recipient will not get the refund.

What is your exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Maai Way official online store (www.maaiway.com), you can return it by mail within 30 days of purchase.
