How do I place an order?

To place an order please select your desired item(s) and add to your shopping basket. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation. 

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay using PayPal. PayPal is proven to be a 100% secure payment method. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and protected.

What happens after placing an order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email of confirmation. All personal and payment information will be verified first. If there seem to be any issues we will contact you.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Orders are processed very quickly. Once you have received your confirmation email, your order cannot be amended or canceled. For further assistance, please use the Contact us option. We ask you to provide the order details in order to facilitate further assistance. 

Can I change my billing or shipping/delivery address after I have placed an order?

Orders are processed very quickly. It is not possible to change your billing or shipping/delivery address once an order has been placed and you have received the order confirmation email. Please use the Contact us option for further assistance. 

If I order something that is no longer in stock what will happen to my order?

During extremely busy periods, it is possible to place an order for a product which may have gone out of stock. In this case, Maai Way reserves the right to cancel your order. 
If you have paid via PayPal, you will be issued a refund for the amount paid.
